To carefully open a sealed ballot and check it. If it's Dem, they reseal it, if it's Republican, it goes to the trash.

I don't understand how you could trust a 3rd party who may be a radical of any party to carry your own ballot who is so devoted they would be willing to take the election into their own hands.
