And his early Auburn teams weren’t loaded with elite recruits. Same thing happened with Barnes at Tennessee. He did it a year earlier than Pearl and had no 4 star recruits on the team that got them winning.

Now both are getting elite players. Mizzou had a chance to bypass some of the rebuilding with the Porters, but they got hurt
