1) Trump loses -you take 45 days off
Trump wins I take 45 days off
2) trumps wins 38 states or more- I take 45 days off
Trump wins 37 or less- you take 45 days off

One final caveat -the original bet was to start the days off the day after the day after the election. But that should be amended to the day after the election is certified as being over. agreed?
