The institution is such a lethal mixture of being inept, and corrupt, you know there are people in power there that are really pizzed off that Mizzou is getting off with this. Because a post season ban in a season where there is no post season is in effect no punishment at all.
Every spring sport team was in effect banned from post season play due to COVID.
Extending the ban to 2021 would have been awful optics to the NCAA and would have certainly brought on legal action from Mizzou. But you can bet some of the a holes at the NCAA at least considered that option. Otherwise why the delay until now in making the announcement.
