higher in QBR. Not even a close comparison. Go look at Lock's game logs. He had a lot of really mediocre performances.

Your college to pros comment is correct, but it's almost always the opposite of the point you're trying to make. Rarely does a QB excel in the pros more so than they did in college. In fact, most of them really regress because of the defenses they face. Even the 32nd ranked NFL D is better than the top college defense. Lock had some bad games against top-tier SEC teams.

Even if you take out the lower-tier SEC teams and go with the 24 games he played against ALL SEC teams, he only averaged 1.875 TDs per game.

He'll get paid and last awhile in the league, but he's really just another version of Blaine Gabbert.
