COVID and has damaged their lungs or heart through drug abuse (despite no diagnosed pre-condition)

It is only logical that the impact of COVID on that patient with damaged lungs or heart will be far worse than the impact on a non-smoker or non abuser of drugs.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
