Whole bunch of people have a hand in this for political, financial, and other reasons, but unfortunately not enough are actually looking for the real problems or solutions. There are many I think who think they are doing the right thing but in fact are just pawns in a big political play. Very sad as there are legitimate issues that will get ignored again
