directed at creating racial unrest and divisiveness in the hope of stsrting a race war. It's ok in your world for a "black army" to march into neighborhoods in order to invoke fear.


Reverse that with armed whites marching into black neighborhoods in order to intimidate the residents.

Why is only one of those scenarios "racist"?
