The only thing I would change is to make it more clear that the Constitution hasn't failed, but the Supreme Court has failed. The document is fine, man has failed. I would also concentrate more on all of this goes back to and can be blamed on FDR loading up the Supreme Court with activist judges so that his New Deal would "pass" constitutional muster. The country was doomed the minute that happened, and that was the intent, to replace to replace our capitalist republic with communism. It was the only way it could be done. We're just starting to realize it now, but it's been institutionalized in the education system for many decades.
