were correct in firing him. What I'm saying is that now that the guy said he was scared of covid his little *****ass isn't going to be fired because a punk like that will probably lawyer up and claim retaliation for voicing a concern over workplace safety. Could the company lawyer up and spend thousands and thousands of dollars to win the case? sure but why cost yourself that money and potentially make bad news if the virtue signaling media catches wind.

Let him stay at home and fire him latter with documented skill deficiencies.




That said NW should learn not to call the guy from now on. Had he not shown up and not voiced concern over covid he could be fired without much risk.
