I wear a mask. The answer to your question is this: as has been said from early on by most experts, masks are highly effective at blocking the exhalation of the virus, far less at blocking the inhalation of the virus. So if they’re wearing a mask and you’re not, and you’re carrying, they are more likely to catch it than if you were masked.

But I think you already know that.
