As you pointed out, there really is not end goal of racial harmony. They want white folks to confess to the sins of the ancestors, which were perpetrated against the ancestors of BLM members but not suffered by BLM members themselves.

The black community as a whole refuses to recognize any problems within itself, despite, as you pointed out, glaring problems with disproportional committing of crimes, including against other races.

This is to say nothing about the rampant single parent households, glorification of gang life / culture, abhorrence of formal and higher education and, often overlooked but just as unhelpful, a general desire to continue voluntary segregation.

I don't see things getting better for black folks until they first recognize these gaping holes in their own community fabric which cannot be fixed by any of the goals of BLM due to those goals only seeking the resolution of problems towards blacks, not from within.
