I have been asked by friends to consider hiring full-time or for summer jobs three different kids since quarantine. I strongly recommended they seek other lines of work, as I have witnessed ZERO characteristics in those 3 that lead me to believe they would last 6 months. I was tactful, but strongly urged them to consider elementary education for the female and inside sales/customer service for the college grad, and restaurant work for the college student.

I simply won't hire anyone under 35 right now for many reasons, but mainly because they have no work ethic, no comprehension of where the bar for "hard-work" even is, many are sexually confused, and most are confused about who actually runs the company and how revenue is generated and by what practices lead to profitability.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
