I personally detest blm, because it's built on lies, and it's getting cops, black men killed. Along with buildings burned, riots.

I'm self employed, but anyone else should state they support it on facebook, other social media platforms.

Why? If they don't, you can count on someone with a grudge getting you fired for not doing so, creating an unsafe space, etc..

and the resulting outrage will prevent anyone else from hiring you either.

It's sadly indoctrination propaganda.
