by police officers each year. Police are the most dedicated and consistent protector of the black community, and yet somehow take the blame for every difficulty the black community experiences.
Wherever police forces are eliminated, black victimization will increase dramatically. Very dramatically. And many good folks in black communities will be left feeling helpless and afraid of their own neighborhood.
The rare events of police malpractice are a blip on the radar compared to the huge number of black victimization that results from black on black crime.
