members throwing rocks and frozen water bottles at police?

How could that possibly lead to a combative attitude? And just for clarification every peaceful protestor who saw this happening in their midst and did nothing to stop it or report it are just as much to blame as those who attacked the police. Why? Because their presence was the cover needed for the rioters to riot.
