The Goverment didn't kill her

The people that work for the government following the laws the government put in place killed her. You can call it what you want, but legally it's not murder.

They rightfully changed that law so the people who work for the government can use that to kill anyone anymore.

Do guns kill people? If they don't, why does the Government?
