The FISA is set up for abuse...It was specifically set up to SPY on American citizens. That is just plain wrong. And then who investigates if they did it wrong...government...abuse by cops is a regular thing...it bleeds over to riots when someone is killed as a result of that abuse...or they get away with it.

Or like Chicago..they try to bury it only for a video to come out two years later thanks to a local newspaper.
