He said that SOMETHING must be done about the "violence and the burning of churches". This leads a casual listener to garner that forces on the Left are "burning churches" across the country. NOT happening. One fire set in the basement of one church in DC - an important one yes. But the impression this guy sought to make was that

OMG THEY'RE BURNING DOWN THE CHURCHES !!
