A nice black family works hard and saves their money and moves into a middle class neighborhood.

White people then go, crap property values are going to drop so white flight happens.

No one wants to buy the property because a black family moves in because we've been told black families cause property values to go down.

So we can't get as much out, we sell cheaper to get out because we can afford too. Soon property values have gone down and now the black family who spent all their savings on this nice middle class house lives in a bad neighborhood again.
