there were equal outrage for the 7k to 8k black on black homicides every year. hardly a peep.

THAT is systemic.

a couple of extrajudicial killings of black men by the police each year is an anomaly. Tragic but not systemic.

and this isn't 1921. pretty sure we've made some advances since then.
