and Chauvin was CLEARLY intend to torture and harm Floyd. As Floyd begs for his life and calls his "sir", Chauvin says 'hey why not just get in your car and go'. Pretty much sneering at him. I find THAT - in a matter of degrees pretty despicable. And there is sure as sht intent. He remained kneeling on Floyd's neck for nearly 3 minutes after Floyd had become unresponsive.

Shooting anyone on the back is a coward's act, but Chauvin behaviour was a whole other degree of violence. He tortured him.
