Once the government spending starts going away.

Five things are vitally needed

- leisure industry needs to fully reopen
- restaurant needs to fully open
- Biz travel needs to return (along with conventions, etc.)
- Sports and entertainment needs to return
- International travel needs to return (much related to above).

There are some good analytics that are now being more widely published that help to see where things are

- Generic cellular tracing
- Open table is even publishing their reservation rates
- Airlines are more open on bookings
