The nominee for WH budget director facing a committee said the budget is growing for various programs by 3% or more.
Bernice said, as you well know if you're not keeping up with medical inflation you are cutting it.
Now a point can be made that the funding is falling behind, but you can not say honestly...which has never been bernice's long suit, that funding is being cut.
This is not hugely important here, but it demonstrates the twisted parsing of language used by politicians.
The next time you hear bernice anders say that funding is being cut, will you believe him?
