The governor of MN is launching a civil rights investigation to Minneapolis PD...and the city government welcomes it....ummm..city government ..what is your job.

the mayor may be locked in a bit because he might have inherited the previous mayor's union contract with them..I don't know..but it is a long list of democratic mayors that have signed these union contracts....but I guess the contract gives him cover to blame the police, but not really be responsible for it.

It is a f..in mess
