Thanks to Cuomo a lot of businesses/residents will escape

I am sure during his extended lock down many companies have come to realize that they do not need four floors in that Manhattan office building since most if not all of their employees can work remotely. Same employees are realizing I don't have to pay $3,500 a month for a ****ty studio apartment in NY since I can do my job from anywhere. Real estate market will collapse there in the next few years.
