outrage that frustrates a lot of people. This was a horrible offense committed by an obviously over-aggressive cop. It sucks, but unfortunately it does happen. The officer has been charged and should be dealt with on an individual basis. There are bad apples everywhere. The problem is this type of incident was carried out by one person and half the country gets condemned as racist.
