It was PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE. There was not one thing wrong about what Kap did.
Do you remember what it was that Trump was seeking to distract his marks from at that time. I don't, but it was something, so he made Kap the shiny new thing. Had he not done that, it was a non-event, a peaceful quiet little protest about mistreatment of many fellow citizens. Maybe it was just Don hating someone else getting attention.
