it begs more questions. Are the schools only going to be allowed 25% of capacity? Do we go into a lottery to see who can go? What about out-of-town people? How will they be chosen? Will it be once a week or before the season? Are schools going to refund those that can not go?

This whole start up just begs more questions and your guess is as good as mine because the people in charge don't know either.
