He clearly asked the Ukraine government to investigate the Bidens. He has clearly in the past used government officials to give him various procedural gains to his company favorable status (he even admitted he "knew the system" as part of his campaign).
His administration, like any other, has made decisions to keep some stuff secret, while disclosing others....and Spanky yesterday fully approved of that.
Until we take power form the government, and force all documents to become public and unscrubbed, it will continue to go on.
