To wear a mask to shop there.
They also should be allowed to not require masks for you to shop there and you should be allowed to choose.
When people are fighting Costco's policy they are really fighting the government requiring Costco to make all their patrons wear a mask.
With that stated the right answer is if you don't agree with the mask policy don't shop there.
