The drug 'Hydroxychloroquine' is the same thing as the cleaning product 'Chlorox' in Biden's mind. They both include the letters "chloro" and therefore must be identical. "Its like saying that maybe if you inject Chlorox into your blood, it may cure you. Come On Man!":
