That has never been a matter of discussion among serious people. Your implicit exoneration here of the most brutal regime on earth today, China, confirms what I've always believed about your opinion of totalitarianism.
You just assume you'll always be on the good side of the totalitarians if you repeat their message enough.
And for Russia to be a "puss" means they couldn't have been too effective in the deeds they are claimed to have done in the election, and the 125 contacts must not be too much if you're dealing with "puss"
