If I catch covid 19 and it weakens and degrades me

Enough so that I catch bacterial pneumonia and die from it... should my death count towards the covid numbers?

Or if I have a heart condition and I get covid 19 and I'm unable to fight it off and die of a heart attack during a coughing fit or what have you... should that count as a covid death? Sure I had a heart condition but I was fine until I got covid.
