He's a bureaucrat.
More importantly he's a globalist.
And he's received millions in grants from Bill Gates.
So there is no need to challenge statements he's made as he operates the levers of the globalist's plans for population control.
His job is to keep the lock down going as long as he can by giving cover to the Democrat governors while keeping the mainstream population lined up for Bill's vaccinations.
That's it.
They've achieved house arrest by 'quarantining' perfectly healthy people and creating an irrational atmosphere of fear over a run-of-the-mill virus with a 'special test' that's completely bogus.
Next it's vaccines (or else).
