among unsuspecting students with no mask or anything to mitigate his spreading or he china virus, that is ok.
What if he chooses to be exercise his rights by coughing heavily and constantly into the air?
What if he chooses to cough directly on others?
His choice, his rights?
Can someone bring a loaded gun to an outdoor concert and signal his approval for the music by shooting straight up in the air?
Rights vs public responsibility is a fair question.
When The Idiot and his idiots pretend the question isn’t warranted, and that EVERY person can do WHATEVER he wants AT ANY TIME with no regard for how his otherwise legal actions may imperil the lives or safety of others, they reveal themselves as sophists. Unable yo think deeply or even clearly on anything they feel is impinges on their rights.
