now is not the time for divisive talk like that, but a time to rally around the effort to minimize the catastrophic effects of this crisis?

I would note that the US has a lower incidence of deaths/million population than a number of European countries, among others. Do you think all of those countries were chaotic in their responses?

What kind(s) of testing do you think are critical at this point? Serum testing for blood levels of antibodies to give a better indication of how many people have already been infected & a better idea of herd immunity?

Or of the PCR testing to see who is infected right now? Do you think there should be random PCR testing or what we have now, people asking for tests?
