Support and defend the Constitution.
Why would a single person be compelled to do this? The Constitution hardly applies to individual people. It's aimed at restricting actions of the federal government.
Stay informed of the issues affecting your community.
This is up to each individual. Also, who decides which these issues are? Does this include private issues within my community?
Participate in the democratic process.
No.
Respect and obey federal, state, and local laws.
Wait, what if the law is unconstitutional? How can I support and defend constitution yet also respect laws that area clearly not in accordance with it?
Also, what if the law is immoral and wrong? I should just blindly obey it?
Respect the rights, beliefs, and opinions of others.
Do you respect the rights/beliefs of white supremacists?
Participate in your local community.
This is up to each individual, of course.
Pay income and other taxes honestly, and on time, to federal, state, and local authorities.
As you know, taxation is theft. So, there is no way for taxation to be in the equation of freedom.
Serve on a jury when called upon.
Jury service is involuntary servitude. Also juries are improperly not informed about their nullification rights.
Jury duty should be voluntary.
Defend the country if the need should arise.
What on Earth does this mean? And who decides when this need arises? Trump?
