you have the symptoms of Covid then treat it as if it were Covid. The test really does nothing for the individual.
What we need are large scale random tests. And they must be antibody test. We need to know not just how many are sick but how many have been sick. Our response to this has been reactionary guesswork from the beginning. That was actually understandable at the start but we should have moved past that by now.
We are still basing policy decisions off of six week old information we now know to be horribly inaccurate. Why? Because politicians cannot deviate from the course out of fear that the death rate may go up a bit if they loosen the reigns. Then they will be blamed.
