the people around them in case they're asymptomatic but have it. Probably also more dangerous for the person wearing it unless they are very careful about what the inside of the mask touches before you put it on your face.
In reality, they don't have a clue.
I don't have a problem with a business requiring it if they think it'll protect their employees. I'm not sure I agree with that, but ultimately that's up to them. I do have a problem with states or cities requiring it.
