construction business for a while, and have always had at least one guy to help even as I had to dial back to more "handyman" type jobs due to medical reasons. The amount of laziness and common sense is off the charts. And tools always have the tendency to walk off as well. It's a mess. When I was a cub, we worked our asses off and LEARNED skills. If you didn't, your ass was GONE.
