where mobs of thugs, usually called teenagers, can enter the store, grab as much stuff as they can carry and leave the store without paying.

And since:

1. There are too many young black men in prison
2. If they were to be incarcerated they may get the sniffles
3. We must break the line between schools and prisons (or whatever the bumpersticker saying is these days)...

The fresh faced, unarmed, happy go luck teenagers are not arrested, especially if their booty is valued at less than $950. Which is why these young people take (stolen) calculators with them when they go shopping.

So in the unlikely event they are caught, they will not be tried and certainly not imprisoned as they may catch the racist chinese virus that is much more dangerous to colored people since colored people are not given any medical services in their neighborhoods.

So they can shop for free at any store in town. I can't.
