Maybe there was one at one point but not anymore.

I wonder what happens when we open up but business doesn't return? Right now at least those business owners can get federal funds and use insurance, and the unemployed can get a decent unemployment for the time being but will that remain the case once states open up?

What's the plan when business continues to stagnate and covid cases continue to rise but at a faster clip?
