I'd much rather have job stability and get paid less, than to get a nice unemployment bump temporarily and then fight the other 20 million unemployed workers trying to get a job when everything is back up and running.

I would let my employees get voluntarily laid off if they were upset. There's no shortage of people with quality resumes looking to work right now.
