for places like the Midwest, probably over the top. I'm not a fan of hammering the economy but there are a lot of damned stupid people out there.
And the preacher was from St. John's Bayou which has the highest mortality rate of any county in the US, so he was in a hotspot, but compelled to risk himself and others too.
I'd much rather it be voluntary and folks be smart, but I'm not so twisted by governors or mayors issuing them that I'm prepared to say they're idiots. No one knows.
