We also have to live in the world of realpolitik. I've always said as I told my my bride who was practically in tears over Obama winning a few years ago that electing anyone else would maybe have slowed the inevitable but not changed the direction substantially.

Jefferson once said, "the tree of Freedom is watered by the blood of tyrants..." Don't sweat it, its coming I truly believe and I'd just as soon not see any violence in the streets which is looking more and more inevitable.

Politically, I like his America first campaign, what he's done for unemployment, the economy and his pro-life stand. In short IMHO he has the right people ****ed of.

Btw how much smaller should government be and how much less should we spend and what is the upside at this time.
