She doesn't understand the concept of maintaining a strategic reserve. Just one day after complaining NY wasn't getting enough PPE and ventilators from the Federal Gov't. NY Gov. Cuomo reversed course and stated that NY had all they needed and that he didn't foresee a need for more. And after all, its the LATimes, a well known purveyor of left wing propaganda.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
