limit, but assumed that that was his point... that perhaps they were miscoding a lot of people people with heart attacks as COVID-19 deaths. Was that not the case?

Of course, those people are a lot more vulnerable, so maybe COVID-19 was taking them out shortly before they were to die anyway.
