humming along and employment in the 3's?

i'm not happy with the local gov'ts decision to shut things down, based on poor or at least worst-case scenario modeling touted by the feds and the CARE act sucks but that's on Congress (both houses and with bi-partisanship) and signed by Trump so there is blame to go around on that one.

the real problem will be local tax revenues are going to plummet while unemployment and health costs are skyrocketing. in Missouri, we have a balanced budget amendment. so fire, police, parks, trash, education, health, etc will almost certainly have to be cut. cities will try to issue bonds but people are pulling their money out of muni bonds in record numbers.
