possible. However, his movement as a assistant is irrelevant, that is the norm for assistants. It's how the get good and it's how they get noticed. Assistants that stay with the same guy for years don't develop the diversity of ideas needed to be really successful.
As far as sticking with Mizzou, you can make a good case for it. He's clearly a family guy. He's a smaller town guy. Mizzou is about as close to his hometown as he can get with a large program and yet not having to put up with the craziness of Arkansas that he's already said he doesn't want to deal with. And if he does a good job, Mizzou can consistently be a top 25 team that has a shot for a SEC championship and a very high ranking from time to time.
